RAV Properties, was formed in 2009 in Central New York to manage only the properties it owns.  The partners’ collective experience as investors and managers spans over 100 years.  We believe that Central New York is the prime location for commerce attributed to reasonable cost of occupancy, proximity to major populations in the northeast and the synergy of an educated workforce.  Located in the Syracuse MSA, our largest employers are in education and healthcare.

ROBERT LIEBERMAN

​

Robert, the managing partner of RAV Properties, is a people person who pays attention to the details.  He first learned to navigate property management in New York City at the Benenson Investment Company. There, he was responsible for tenant communications, property maintenance, supervising resident managers, leasing and collections of both residential and commercial tenants.  Robert is a graduate of both the University of Michigan and The Jewish Theological Seminary. He served three synagogue communities as full-time Cantor from 1993-2008. In 2008, he formed his first partnership to acquire an investment of apartments and a self-storage facility in Lafayette, NY.

During the Coronavirus which affects our environment, we made our vacant space available, rent free, in partnership with Mercy Works, the Abundant Life Church and the Food Bank of Central New York in order to provide the space to assemble hundreds of volunteers to prepare food kits to be distributed to city schoolchildren and their families.
