From day one, we launched upgrade programs to the roof, lighting, heating, windows, painting and security.  The sprinklers are monitored 24/7.  The roof has the energy saving reflective white surface to keep winter-time heat in, and summer-time heat out.  Light fixtures inside and out have been converted to money saving LED bulbs.  Through strong vendor relationships, no-heat calls for example, can be addressed within hours.
